As babies, we are unaware of our surroundings let alone the connection we have with the outdoors. All we can do is crawl around and explore which is the ultimate connection because the act seems very similar to what animals also do in the grass. Babies are thinking about the future, they are only thinking about the moment and what's in front of them. Whether they know it or not, they have such a simple connection to nature that allows it to be more intense.
